I began my Real Estate journey 14 years ago during the 2008 recession. While many were selling, I was building up my portfolio. I knew it was time to run towards the market when everyone else was running away from it. What started as just sharing my process on social media, turned into a huge number of students seeking to learn. After receiving thousands of direct messages asking if I would mentor or teach how I personally was able to scale to a $10M real estate portfolio by the age of 30, I finally decided to do it. 

However from personal experience on investing in courses & education, I knew I wanted to provide not just education but a hands on step by step process where individuals could educate, ask questions to me personally in real time, and receive real resources that are proven to work and that I personally use in my portfolio. 

One thing I’ve learned from investing in real estate for over 14 years, is that Real estate is definitely not for everyone. It is more than just buying and renting a property, it takes capital to invest and especially the right education that will save you not just money but most importantly your time.
